We do not place pet puppies
"sight-unseen". Interested parties
should be able to pick up their new
puppy in person in order to ensure
that the temperament, health, and
other characteristics of the
puppy are satisfactory to the new
owner. On occasion we are willing
to travel (within reason and
according to our schedule) to meet
new owners.
Our pet puppies are
usually
priced at $750-$1800 depending
on each puppy. All pet puppies will
be sold with limited AKC
registration and a spay/neuter
contract. Our puppies do not leave
us before 12 weeks of age and will
be properly vaccinated, wormed, and
litterboxed trained when they leave
us. We provide a written
health/vaccination record and a
health guarantee.
All of our "retired"
dogs are healthy and have many years
of companionship left to give!
Don't let their ages fool you, all
are spunky and playful. On average
Chihuahuas live 15 years. Most all
of the adult dogs that we offer have
been bred by us and their parents
and grandparents were owned by us.
Because of this history, we are able
to discuss with potential new owners
the health history of each dog, as
well as, the health history behind
them. Heartworm prevention is VERY
important to us and all of our dogs
are kept on prevention year round.
All of our dogs are current on
shots, including rabies, before
being placed in their forever
homes. Our adults available for
adoption have all been
spayed/neutered and will have clean
teeth. The adults are crate and
doggie door trained and will use a
potty pad/litterbox if necessary.
As with any new dog, you will need
to be prepared to train them to YOUR
own homes potty schedule and method,
so we do ask that if interested in
one of our adults, you be willing to
give them an adjustment period of 2
weeks. Adult dogs are generally
priced at $250-$500, which covers
their sterilization, health check,
and dental cleaning.
